Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the use of Allyfolio (allyfolio.com and app.allyfolio.com), operated by Xiamen Miaoerduo Trading Co., Ltd. (厦门妙尔多商贸有限公司) (see the imprint; “we”). They apply to business customers only; Allyfolio is not offered to consumers.

1. What Allyfolio does

Allyfolio runs automated accessibility checks (axe-core, against WCAG 2.2 success criteria) on web pages, keeps a dated history of the results and helps you create reports and a draft accessibility statement.

2. What Allyfolio does not do

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account and your team. Team owners decide who is a member.

4. Scanning and ownership verification

5. Prices, payment and cancellation

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which handles payment, invoicing and VAT; Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. The one-off report (€49) covers a single scan of one site. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled scans may be delayed by maintenance or by the target website. We may change features if the core service you pay for is not substantially reduced; we will announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance by email.

7. Liability

8. Data protection

See the privacy policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example content of scanned pages), the data processing agreement applies.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; an active subscription is cancelled at the same time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, especially section 4.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the registered seat of the provider. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective.
